Using the site
These terms cover the website, member login, bookings and any purchase you start from RIVERHAUS at 12 Rivergum Wharf, Murray Bridge SA 5253. By using the site you agree to them. If you have a question, write to hello@riverhaus.au.
Membership
Memberships renew on the cycle shown when you join. You can pause a plan with notice. We do not offer refunds on unused weeks already billed, unless we have to close the building. Prices on the site are a guide and can change; we will tell members before a change takes effect.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can be used on classes, rooms, membership or the kitchen. They are not redeemable for cash except where the law says we must.
Liability
Movement and recovery carry risk. You take part in classes and treatments at your own risk, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you cannot give away under Australian consumer law.
Classes and rooms
A class or treatment time is held once we confirm it. Arrive a few minutes early. If you are late we may give the spot to the waitlist. Cancel at least twelve hours before the start time or the session may still come off your pack or membership.
Tell us about injuries or conditions that matter for the session. Instructors and practitioners may change an exercise or stop a session if they think it is not safe to continue.
Kitchen and shop
The kitchen is open to anyone who walks in, kitchen daily from 6:30am. Last orders are half an hour before close. Dietary tags are a guide — ask the pass if you have an allergy. Shop items are limited stock; we will refund or replace a faulty item if you bring it back within fourteen days with the receipt.
Conduct
The building is shared. Treat staff and other guests as you would want to be treated. We can refuse a booking or end a membership if someone makes the place unsafe or unusable for others.
